Houses do not have central air, tenants are welcome to bring window air conditioning units; the fee is $50 per month. Typically tenants only use these units for 1 to 1 ½ months.
Tenants are also permitted to bring a mini fridge; the fee is $50 per semester.

Yes of course! We know paying for college can be difficult, we welcome students who will need to use financial aid to pay rent!
If you are paying with loans all we ask is for proof of funds (SIS screenshot, letter from lender, ect..) you then will be granted a financial aid extension for rent due date.

Depending what type of loan you are applied for and where your refund is scheduled to be deposited depends how you will pay.
If you use the Penn College Bank Mobile Vibe account here are directions how to pay! You can also refer to their website. https://bankmobilevibe.com/
If your refund is going to another bank account you can simply write a check from that account, obtain a cashier’s check from the bank, take cash out, or if you use online banking you can use bill pay to send payments.

Anything you bring with you must be taken with you. We will dispose of any trash as long as it is bagged and taken out to the trash containers.
Boxes should also be broken down.
We will not take and large furniture items, you make take anything you would like to dispose of to the transfer station located at 4475 W 3rd St. Williamsport, PA 17701

Yes! You would just need to find replacements for their spots. We require the house to be full to rent to a group. For example if you are renting a 3 bedroom house and 2 are graduating you would need to find 2 new roommates to reside in the house with you for the following year.
